Ecobank Graduate Development Program Benefits

Selected candidates for the program will benefit from the followings:

12 months with a combination of structured learning and job rotation with practical experience
Real-life problem solving on business-driven projects
Individual coaching & mentoring
Exposure to a reading culture while on the program

The training will be structured as follow:

Virtual instructor-led technical learning : These are virtual classroom sessions, case studies, and tailored technical training split by business functions (over the first 3 months).
3 months business rotation : After the technical learning, you will spend 3 months in a cross rotation in business functions.
6 months job placement : your last rotation will be six months in your focus area in a specific department. This will be your opportunity to work with the best teams and begin your Ecobank Career.

Ecobank Graduate Development Program Eligibility

To be apply for this Africa opportunity, you need to have the following profile:

Have a university degree in any discipline from a reputable institution and have graduated in the last two years with a minimum of Second class upper
Not be more than 26 years old by December 2022
Have a work permit to work in the country you are applying to.
